Galiyat Development Authority (GDA), Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) intends to hire the services of consultants for designing and supervision of the scheme “Establishment Of Camping Domes Resort, Park And Pedestrian Street In Galiyat Area, District Abbottabad and preparation of detailed PC-I / Estimates”. The vision of the project is to establish environment friendly and sustainable one of their kind facilities for tourists.

Firms having qualified compatible professionals and are duly registered with relevant departments / authorities /councils are invited to submit Technical & Financial bids for this assignment as per KPPRA rules.
The selection shall be based on quality plus cost basis as per KPPRA rules.
Interested consultancy firms are required to submit 02 copies of Technical & Financial Proposals in the office of the Director General, Galiyat Development Authority, Abbottabad on 06-02-2020 before 11 AM.
A pre bid meeting will be held on 22-01-2020 at 11:00 AM in the committee room of Head office of Galiyat Development Authority, Abbottabad.
The Technical proposal will be opened on 06-02-2020 at 01:00PM in the presence of the representatives of the bidders.
The Technical & Financial Proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes clearly marked with project title and type of proposal.
Financial Proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened.
All the applicable, federal, provincial & local taxes must be considered while preparing the financial proposals.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any proposal as per KPPRA rules
