Mr. Naeem from complaint cell told me to address the complain at plot No.49 owned by Mr. Rana Javed. I visited the above mentioned plot and came to know that this problem does not only exists with plot No.49 but as well as is with plot No.50 and plot no.52-C. The reservoir keeper Mr Abdullah, pump operator and additional pipe fitter Mr. Aftab and fire fighter additional valveman Mr. Naveed told me that this problem exists due to the location of aforesaid plots. The solution is that the water can be supplied by stopping all other supplies and supplying only to these plots separately otherwise water does not flow in these connections. The other solution is that these plots should be given new connections with new supply lines from alternate location which overcome the hinderence in flow of water supply. The other solution is to increase the pressure of waterflow by increasing the capacity of water reservoir. The valveman is told to control the flow by controlling valves on temporary basis till the solution is solved by the concerned authority on permanent basis.
