As per reported by mr sanar hayat khan sajid and hafiz care takers of shangrila hotel are absent from duty since last night and as per communication with samar hayat shangrila hotel is open and without anyone to take care of official furniture and other items,it is also worth mentioning that the same was communicated to me few days back and as liaison and coordination officer i discussed it with the administration but same negligance has been commited again , i informed mr mehmood sb about todays report he said he will manage it but yet both indiviuals are absent i have reported the same to ishtiyaq sb via text and i recommend stern action as Liaison officer another issue is involvement of Mr rashid chokidar in illegal activities related to drugs supply in shangrila hotel he challanges the supremecy of Director admin and AD admin openly and ruins the image of GDA by misbehaving with guests this issue has already been discussed with the administration and i as an LC officer receive reports on constant basis about the said indiviual ,as per rules all these staff members are violating the notification no 1096-98 Admin through which field staff was directed to show presence during eid days to control the influx of tourists therefore strict action is recommended and should be dealt with iron hands.
