Observation:

Dunga Gali tank need an intelligent valve man nd Care taker, as if it is managed properly then we can supply water to few houses. As Nawaz who is recently transferred from Office to Shangreela has max. past experience to operate Dunga Gali water supply system, I suggests to transfer him from Shangreela to Dunga Gali water system. Shangreela has 6 staff nd its huge burden of staff here..
