Observation:

As per my report of token number 28 regarding the demarcation of plot No.66-A. The concerned staff of BCA have marked two different demarcation at two different visits making it controversial once again. After initial demarcation the owner verified the demarcation through other professionals and according to them there was difference in angles through measuring devices. The owner of plot have got the permission of renovation in his buildings and the work is in progress since before ramzan. The staff did not take any action at their previous visit but this time they tried to demolished the construction of servant quarter and also confiscated the labour equipments. I would prefer to ask that this matter must be resolved at priority basis to avoid inconvenience and facilitate the residential comunity as the owner has gone through all the legal procedures.
