Observation:

CIRCLE 2 BCA STAFF. Circle 2 BCA staff (except ABI Adil and ABI Tauseef) is not working up to standard and their work in field is not satisfactory. They all are irregular in attendance, they never shown coordination in field even the BSI is unable to lead his team. Their cell phones remains powered off during duty hours. we should take strick action against above said staff and at least we should stop their salaries as a punishment until they are becoming regular in field.
