Observation:

muazam dad who was previously working as chowkidar in changlagali was transfered to khanaspur as valveman in place of ishtiaq . muazam dad always come late almost reach 10.30 to 11 in field daily and go back to his home at 2 . i talked to mr ashfaq sub engineer about this but he said we will transfer him back to chowkidari in changlagali but i think muazamdad should be punish for this. if muazamdad is transfered again to changlagali this will create a mess in all field staff and all will do the same of not comming on time. i am not satisfied with his performance at all. his salery should be stopped untill he become on time reguarly in field.
