Observation:
done with ayubia water supply survey. i have completed the whole survey along with tax collector nasir faraz,naveed valveman of ayubia,aftab pipe fiter and abdullah water supply staff supervisor. but in this whole survey sub engineer was absent. i ask several times but he reported always that he has very important works at abbotabad office.

the first day was just a preliminary survey in which he was present and i only checked 5 connections. the detail survey was started the next day and from that day onwards he was never present. |
