Observation:

The reason for no reports through app or manual reports are as following.1. I was performing water supply survey. 2. The coding was done of tourist form was done. 3. Perform data screening. 4. Performing duties of arrangements for gozest event assigned by worthy director administration. For verification department can consult worthy director admin. While going to field on each day worthy M&E specialist was informed personally by me as well Ahsan hameed Incharge gozest. further And from the 6th of the September I was called by office to report in office. So it is not possible to report from field while staying in head office. And we are solving many issues there by consulting field staff as per directives.
