Observation:the NBP is constructing building on plot no 183 it is legal and approved but they are currently dumping construction material along side newly build road. this is against the law as this clause is mentioned in approval letter from department I asked care taker about this issue he replied me that it is allowed to them by concerned department. need to be verified immediately.
