Observation:

Work on New PipeLine in DungaGali is stopped due to Financial Reason. As I early reported its still not clear that the new pipeline will replace the old one or will be connected to new Spring, I.e Spring no.3. If it is connected to Spring 3, it will adds a lot to GDA. Only replacing old pipeline is just lost nd misuse of resources because there is no water in old springs nd the current (old) pipeline is quite enough to supply water from old springs in Jan/Feb. Also the Contractor should Dig the Old springs nd New Concrete tank should be built around the Springs 1 nd 2. Dialogue should be also made with Muree Joint Board for Connection of New PipeLine with Spring no.3, Which is in the control of Muree Board.
