Observation:

it is hereby submitted that compactor driver has not come to Circle-II since yesterday. Mr Tanvir Sanitary Inspector told that we contacted him msny times, but he did not responded positively. Now sanitary Inspector called to him again at 9:00 am, but he told him that he was on the way. Now almost 3 hours has gone but he is still on the way.
