Observation:

in snow Clarence agreement it was mentioned that contractor should provide 4 Pay dozers 1 for Nathiagali and dongagali 1 for Ayubia khanaspur 1 for changalagali and khaira gali 1 for thandiani. but he deployed 1 paydozer and 2 tractors which are not enough and efficient for snow clearness. necessary action required as this issue is critical in tuff weather conditions.
