Observation:

The building Chokidar in field especially in Valley view and shangreela is facing immense cold, as there is issue of load shedding during snowfall, they have no arrangement to keep themselves warm. In the harsh cold weather they are facing difficulty to perform their duty. Therefore it is kindly requested to Provide Coal or Coal Allowances to the staff of Shangrella and Valley View.
