Observation:

Today during field visit we find that not a single Machine of GDA for Snow Clearance is working. One Machine is parked at NathiaGali Nd there was no any other Tractor or machine in whole Galiyat. The towns of ChanglaGali Nd KhairaGali is blocked with snow. Also there is no Sub-Engineer or any other responsible person of technical section in field to contact Nd Execute snow clearance plan. I suggests that like Monitoring Officers 2 Sub-Engineers, each for circle 1 Nd Circle 2 should visit to field on daily basis Nd their attendance should maintained n M&E Cell. The PKHA is doing very well as they have enough machines to deal the Snow on main road but there is need of coordination in all these departments. A weekly meeting for planning and Implementation is suggested b/w GDA, PKHA Nd C&W. The main road should be cleared as such that at a time 2 Vichles can cross each other.
