Observation:

PLOT # 125 KHANUSPUR. SUBJECT : NOC FOR DRY TREE CUTTING With refence to MES directions please find below my findings regarding above mentioned plot. - Tree is dry but there is no danger for the house as no body is living in the house and its an old demolished building. - Tree is the mutual property of Forest department and GDA with the ratio of 20:80 (80% of GDA) -My recommendation is not to grant NOC as if granted owner will use it for household or he will sellout the wood. - it is also observed during visit that locals are cutting down trees illegally.
