Observation:PLOT # 125-C NOC FOR CUTTING TREE. With reference to MES and AD BCA directives it is reported that a field visit has been made by Monitoring Officer regarding above mentioned plot but the concern ABI (Mr Zubair Ahmad)and BSI (Mr Tauseef) were not present in field and even their cell phones were not responding. please escalate the report to BCA department for necessary action.
