Observation:MISCONDUCT WITH TOURIST AT AYUBIA. With reference to Complain cell and Director Admin directives please find below my verification and report regarding Complain lodged by Mr Arsalan Qamar(The Tourist) through GDA complain cell. *it is verified that Mr Gulkhatab s/o Malik Zardad balloon guy has misbehaved with tourist *it is verified that Mr Gulkhtab unfairly charged the amount on balloon shooting. *It is further verified that Mr Gulkhtab is habitual and it was his fourth case where he misbehaved with tourist. As an immediate action his gun and board has been confiscated and that is with Chairlift Supervisor Mr Sajid. Hence it is reported to worthy administration to adopt zero tolerance policy on misconduct with tourist. Please escalate the report to worthy director Admin for strict necessary action.
