BALLON GUY ISSUE AT AYUBIA. It is reported with high concern that a balloon man red handedly caught while he was betting with tourist, which is totally banned. His rifle and shooting board has been confiscated. Following are the credentials of the Balloon man. 1) Gulfaraz s/o Abdul Star 2) CNIC 13101-4190171-5 please escalate the matter to admin department for immediate action.
