in reference to the verbal instructions i here by verified the repair and maintenance work progress in raees khana, inspection banglow. 1. paint , distemper works is almost completed in raess khana rooms,longue. physically paint work is verified but quality and quantity used cannot be verified as the packings were missing. 2. repair of windows and glasses is under process. 3. welding works are still pending. 4. electric works are almost completed. 5. door locks has been installed in rooms but still washroom door locks are mising/not working. 6. availabilty of water supply to washrooms is not adequate in some washrooms. new items which are installed are in working condition. 7. there are 4 cylinder regulators verified on the spot. the bill for these regulators mentioned in the bill is 8000 pkr. by inquiring AD(BCA) he informed me that 8000 pkr bill is due to the tax included per item and it also included regulator + gas steel pipe ( green color). the steel pipe is not mentioned in the bill but he told me that it is included along with the regulator.
