Observation:

the cabin owner adjacent to rest area Kutta road is throwing garbage in adjacent trench. the waste is scattered around in large quantity. I warn and directed them to remove the garbage on immediate basis. but their response was not satisfactory. report is submitted for information and necessary action please. video and pictures are available.
