Observation:

As the winter season is on peak , water supply to the galiyat towns are being affected by the ice in the supply lines ( water in the supply lines turns into ice in winter seasons). Water supply staff faces alot of problems in supply to the towns. inorder to tackle the problem there is a Gas instrument which main purpose is to melt ice in the pipes and that is called heat lamp. GDA must imediatlely purchase these heat lamps for every town.
