Observation:

mr ashfaq sub engineer is not aware about his duties and responsibilities as in today case the water supply staff was working on the settlement of pipe lines which are crossing through the newly constructed road and he was having no idea of today task . secondly during visit it was found the pipe is damaged from two or three points at ayubia which is causing wastage of water when ashfaq sub engineer was asked he answer that i am not aware of this thing due to the reason that i am fasting and i cannot come out from home. as it is his duty to keep check on water supply staff and pipes on regular bases whether it is ramzan or normal days. his performance and attitude towards work is very pathetic.
