Observation:Today in Dunga Gali we came to know that Shaukat received Rs 30,000 from main office in advance to buy equipment for sanitation. but still he only buy 2 Handcarts and 100 kg brooms (Jarho). In Dunga Gali 4 sweepers have only 2 such brooms.. Need to be inquired..
