Observation:

In Dunga Gali there is property of Auqaf Department. Auqaf department take this property from GDA. Auqaf department built mosque, hotel Nd few shops. Hotel name is snowland. Now GDA send property tax notice to snow land hotel. but he refused to pay tax as he saying we take this land on lease from Auqaf department. But according to statement of GDA tax dept, this is our property so they have to pay property tax and they are paying Only rent to Auqaf dept. plz inquire about the tax rules of all Auqaf Land in Galiyat.
