Observation:

On the advice of Director Nd AD technical today at 10:30 pm we visit water tank, to check night duty of the staff. we also check the level of tank Nd inquire about the situation of Garhan 2 Nd 1.. we stayed there they switch off the motor at 11:00 pm. Upper tank was empty. if they kept the motor on whole night then the upper tank would full Nd hence no problem at morning but now there vl b again problem of water tomorrow morning. Immense need of night shift in water supply scheme.
