Observation:

In Dunga Gali local peoples managed our spring with old rubber pipes Nd now a small amount of water is coming through spring. If the local people can do this sort of management then why our staff is lazy to perform such type of functions even I report it several times. there is now proper management system in Dunga Gali water supply.
