Observation:

Shopkeepers opposite to Kamran hotel in NathiaGali register a complaint.. They have stairs problem for their Upper stories, as their stairs were removed previously during operation against Encroachment.. Director GDA previously visit with M.O to their shop nd ordered them to make Ur stairs inside shop then we will beautify Ur shops under beautification project. Previous week they requested Director GDA to beautify our shops, Director sb promised that I will ordered to Sami sb to start Ur work.. Now they visit Shangreela again nd again nd asking MOs to start nd complete our work before Eid as they to have to decorate their shops after Eid. They said we missed two seasons due to stairs problem nd now plz save our loss in this season.. I suggest to Convey the message to Sami sb To start their work before Eid as Sami sb said them that I vl start Ur work VN Director Sb ordered me.. note: They have Extra Trust nd Expectations from M&E cell.. as we solved their few problems, so kindly make necessary arrangements to solve their this problem too, if possible..
